Stephanie (Rubino) Scuderi is a freelance actor, director and voice coach from New York. Stephanie completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2011 from the University of Miami, where she received fantastic training from their prestigious faculty and impressive theatre program and Frost School of Music. Stephanie since then has returned to New York to pursue her professional theatre and performance career. Stephanie is currently teaching voice to undergraduate students at New York University as she earns her graduate dual degree Masters in Music in Vocal Performance with a concentration in Music Theatre and post-master’s advanced certificate in Vocal Pedagogy. Stephanie has an extensive background of over a decade of experience in performing and theatre management, both in New York and Florida. Since college, she has been involved in teaching and directing educational and children’s theatres around the tri-state area.  Stephanie teaches private voice and acting lessons to a great number of students in Westchester and Putnam County and has directed theatre productions and taught numerous workshops at performing arts schools, public schools, children’s theaters, and nonprofit theaters and organizations in the region as well. Stephanie is the founder and CEO of Spotlight Arts Inc., a new children’s theatre based in lower Putnam & Northern Westchester, NY. At Spotlight Arts, Stephanie teaches musical theatre classes, workshops, master classes and directs mainstage productions. These programs are available to students year-round. Stephanie enjoys new and challenging experiences, implementing her skills, knowledge and passion for theatre in innovative and intriguing projects.
